स्मार्ट चार्जिंग क्या है?
स्मार्ट चार्जिंग का अर्थ है EVs के चार्जिंग प्रक्रिया और सिस्टम को अपनी दिनचर्या मे अपनाना जोकि वाहन मालिकों और पावर सिस्टम दोनों पर ही लागू होना चाहिए। ये स्मार्ट चार्जिंग व्यवस्था EVs मोबिलिटी की जरूरत को पूरा करने और इसके एकीकरण की सुविधा प्रदान करता है।
जैसा कि आप सबको पता है 2021 अब आने वाले 2 महीने मे समाप्त हो जायगा और कुछ ही दिनों मे 2022 आने वाला है, इस साल को एवर्ग्रीन इलेक्ट्रिक साल कहा जायगा क्यूँ कि इसी साल भारत मे इलेक्ट्रिक कार्स को अडाप्ट करने के कई प्रोग्राम चलने वाले हैं। इसलिए मई आपको स्मार्ट चार्जिंग के बारे मे बता रहा हूँ, ये एक तरह कि प्रक्रिया है जो इलेक्ट्रिक वाहनों , स्वच्छ परिवहन क्षेत्र और कम कार्बन बिजली के बीच सही ताल मेल बैठना जरूरी समझता है। वर्तमान में EV को चार्ज करना एक समस्या तो है, पर हमें सिर्फ एक ही एनर्जी सोर्स पर फोकस किए बिना कुछ और सोर्स पर फोकस करना होगा, जैसे कि “सोलर एनर्जी ” और “विंड एनर्जी”। स्मार्ट चार्जिंग प्रोसेस मे अन्य एनर्जी सोर्स को भी इक्स्प्लोर किया जा रहा है ताकि इन एनर्जी का उपयोग आने वाले समय मे और भी आसान हो जाए।

अब आईए समझते है कि जब कभी भी किसी भी उत्पादन को टेक्नॉलजी के साथ जोड़ते हैं तो उसको क्या कहते हैं। उस उत्पादन को और भी अधिक उत्तम बनने के लिए स्मार्ट टेक्नॉलजी का उपयोग करना होता है और उसको उपभोक्ताओं के लिए और भी आसान बना देते हैं।

इलेक्ट्रिक चार्जिंग स्टेशन का भविष्य क्या है?
यहाँ ये बताया जा रहा है कि 2010 मे 0.5 मिलियन से भी कम गाड़ियां रोड पर थी और थोड़े लंबे समय बाद 2019 मे देखा गया कि EVs गाड़ियां कुल 6 मिलियन से भी ज्यादा हो चुकी थीं और रोजमर्रा कि जरूरत पूरा कर रही थी। इसी के तहत भारत सरकार ने FAME स्कीम निकाली जिसका उदेश्य है कि भारत मे इलेक्ट्रिक वाहिकल कि डिमान्ड को पूरा करना और उसके अडाप्शन के लिए प्रचार-प्रसार करना था। अब 2021-2022 मे भारत का उदेश्य और भी प्रखर हो गया है जहां अब तक भारत मे 10 बड़ी कंपनी ने अपनी इलेक्ट्रिक कार्स और कुछ बाइक भी लॉन्च कर दी हैं। और ठीक 20 साल बाद 2030 में पूरे विश्व मे 157 मिलियन तक इलेक्ट्रिक गाड़ियां हो सकती हैं। और ये अनुमान अगर सही रहा तो 2040 तक 80% देश पूरी तरह से इलेक्ट्रिक गाड़ियों को अडाप्ट कर लेंगे जो एक बहुत बड़ा योगदान होगा इस पर्यावरण को बचाने मे…जैसे कि इस परग्राफ मे मैंने समझाया कितनी इलेक्ट्रिक कार्स इन 40 साल मे आ सकती हैं। FAME इंडिया की कोशिश है कि हम आत्म निर्भर भारत बने और अपनी मैन्यफैक्चरिंग यूनिट ओपन कर लें।
इसी कोशिश मे बहुत तेजी से इलेक्ट्रिक चार्जिंग स्टेशन ओपन हो रहे हैं।

EV चार्जिंग स्टेशन के लिए आवेदन कैसे करें?
1. दिल्लीवासियों को अपनी बिजली आपूर्ति कंपनी की संबंधित वेबसाइट पर जाना होगा।
2. वेबसाइट पर दिए गए लिंक पर आवेदक के अपने बिजली कनेक्शन का सीए (उपभोक्ता खाता) नंबर दर्ज करना होगा।
3. बिजली कंपनियों की इस सूची में ईवी चार्जिंग सुविधा प्रदान करने के लिए चुने गए 12 में से किसी एक को शामिल करना होगा।
4. आवेदन पूरा होने के बाद, कंपनी का एक प्रतिनिधि सात दिनों के भीतर उपभोक्ता से फोन पर बात करेगा और एक चार्जिंग स्टेशन स्थापित करने के लिए एक टीम भेजेगा,
5. सब्सिडी की राशि काट लिए जाने के बाद उपभोक्ता को ईवी चार्जिंग सुविधा के लिए भुगतान करना होगा। चार्जिंग स्टेशन पर सरकार तीन साल तक की गारंटी देगी।
6. यदि कोई ग्राहक सिर्फ अपने लिए चार्जिंग स्टेशन स्थापित करना चाहता है, तो वे अपने आवास में बिजली का उपयोग कर सकते हैं, लेकिन यदि वे अन्य इलेक्ट्रिक वाहन उपयोगकर्ताओं के वाहनों को चार्ज करने वाला व्यवसाय स्थापित करना चाहते हैं, तो उन्हें एक स्थापित करना होगा इसके साथ वाणिज्यिक मीटर, ₹ 4.50 प्रति यूनिट की समान लागत पर।
सरकार ई-रिक्शा और इलेक्ट्रिक कार के लिए चार्जिंग पॉइंट शुरू करने की पहल क्यों कर रही है?
क्यूं कि सरकार को पता है कि भविष्य मे इलेक्ट्रिक और सोलर ही एकमात्र ऊर्जा श्रोत बचे रहेंगे। ऐसा होने पर हम पेट्रोल और diesel की गाड़ियों पर निर्भर होने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी। और सरकार को पेट्रोल और डीजल के लिए बाहरी देशों को अतिरिक्त मूल्य देने कि जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी।
