EV Auto India operates this website, publishing research and analysis on electric vehicles in India. Editorial responsibility sits with Piyush P. Yadav. You can reach us at hello@evautoindia.co.in, or at partnerships@evautoindia.co.in for commercial enquiries.

2. Using the site

You may read, share and link to our content freely. You may not:

  • Republish our articles in whole or in substantial part without written permission.
  • Scrape, harvest or bulk-copy content, including for training machine learning models, without written permission.
  • Use automated systems to access the site in a way that degrades it for other users.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
  • Use the site for anything unlawful, or to transmit malicious code.
  • Misrepresent our content, or present it as your own or as endorsed by us.

Quoting a short extract with clear attribution and a link back to the original article is welcome and does not require permission.

3. Intellectual property

Article text, analysis, comparison tables and site design are the property of EV Auto India unless stated otherwise.

Images are generally licensed from third parties under CC0, public domain, CC BY or CC BY-SA terms and remain the property of their photographers, who are credited on each image. If you reuse one of those images, your obligations run to the original licence, not to us.

Vehicle names, model names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective manufacturers. We use them descriptively to identify the products discussed. Their appearance on this site does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from those manufacturers.

4. Accuracy and no warranty

We take reasonable care to publish accurate, sourced information, but we do not warrant that content is complete, current or error-free. Prices, specifications, subsidies and policy rules change frequently.

By submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to publish, edit for length and clarity, display and archive that material on this site. We may decline to publish, or remove, any submission at our discretion, and we are not obliged to give a reason.

User submissions represent the views of the person who wrote them, not ours.
